Official Giveaway Rules

The following are the Official Contest Rules for Romance Rehab’s Hot Winter Nights Giveaway (the “Contest”). By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules. No Purchase is necessary.

To Enter
To enter the Contest, fill out the entry form on the giveaway page. You will automatically be signed up for the Romance Rehab newsletter. If you do not want to receive Romance Rehab’s newsletter, you may opt out at any time.

Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to any person over 17 years of age, who resides in the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or a U.S. Military installation in a foreign country, excluding employees and consultants of Romance Rehab and their subsidiaries and affiliates, and their immediate family members. It is void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter
Entries must be submitted beginning 12:01AM Eastern Standard Time on November 19, 2018, and no later than 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time, on November 25, 2018.

You may enter one time per person. You must use the entry form supplied by Romance Rehab. Romance Rehab shall not be responsible for lost or interrupted mail or email, lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including, without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online.

Entry materials and/or data that have been tampered with or altered are void.

Selection of Winners
Prizes shall be awarded based on a random drawing from among the eligible entries. Romance Rehab shall determine in its sole discretion the method of selecting winners from among the entries and its determination shall be final and binding.

Prizes
Two (2) winners shall each receive one (1) copy of Hot Winter Nights by Jill Shalvis. Winner will be notified by email within 24 business hours after the contest closes. If you aren’t notified, you can assume you didn’t win. (Sorry) Prizes will be distributed electronically via Amazon US.

No prize substitutions shall be allowed.

Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by Romance Rehab.

Indemnification
By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Romance Rehab, and its employees, representatives, agents and licensees from any and all liability, loss, damage, cost or expense, including reasonable counsel fees and expenses, paid or incurred by reason of your breach or alleged breach of any of the obligations, covenants, representations or terms contained in these Official Rules.
