ATTENTION: The Romance Remedy program is getting a complete overhaul. Frankly, some readers weren't holding up their end of the bargain, and some authors didn't have realistic expectations. I take both of those things as failures on my part. I clearly failed to properly convey the rules. So, I'm rethinking the entire thing. It might go away completely, or it might become more like a sales advertisement program. (Like BookBub, on a MUCH smaller, more targeted scale.) I dunno. But stay tuned. More info to come...

Romance Remedy
The cure for your romance addiction

Y’all, we did a thing. See, we’re sick of searching Amazon and Facebook for new-to-us authors because Bezos and Zuckerberg have made it darn near impossible. So we put a call out to romance authors and convinced a bunch of them to volunteer as tribute each month. They’ll offer their books to you for FREE in the hopes that maybe you’ll see fit to tell your friends and reader groups about the books you like AND throw a review their way (on Amazon, Goodreads, and/or BookBub). Now, it’s important to note that you don’t HAVE to leave a review. But taking a free book and not leaving a review is a kind of a dick move that will likely result in bad book karma being thrown your way for years to come. Just sayin’. Why chance it, you know? But I digress...

How it works
  1. Look through the free offerings for the month below. New offerings will pop up on this same page on the first of every month starting on Nov 1, 2019.
  2. Decide what you want to read. For your convenience, we’ve included the blurbs, tropes, and the heat level you can expect for each book. You can see descriptions of the heat levels here.
  3. Fill out this form.
  4. We’ll send your books straight to your Kindle. IMPORTANT: there’s a spot on the form that provides instructions for setting up Romance Rehab as an approved sender to your Kindle. You’ll have to do that BEFORE you request any books. And also, we’re only sending straight to Kindle at this time. So for all you Nook and Kobo readers...sorry. Bygones. Please allow 24-hours-ish for your book(s) to arrive. (Note: We will only send books to one Kindle email address per person. Requests to additional Kindle email addresses will be deleted.)
  5. When you’re done reading, consider leaving a review on Amazon, Goodreads, and/or BookBub. Note: it doesn’t have to be a good review. If you don’t like the book, it’s perfectly OK for you to voice your opinions. Don’t hold back. And if you’re not usually a reviewer, don’t worry about writing a lengthy review. Reviews consisting of “It was good” or “It sucked ass” are perfectly acceptable.

IMPORTANT: When you’re leaving a review for the books you requested, you should add the following statement to the end in order to avoid having the review deleted by booksellers:

“I received a free copy via Romance Rehab and Romance Remedy.”

That’s it. Couldn’t be simpler!

So, happy reading! You’re welcome.

Note: the chilli peppers indicate the story’s heat level, not the book’s quality.
