If you’ve been paying attention to my reviews at all (even just a tiny bit), you know that I’m a HUGE Melanie Harlow fan. She’s one of a very select list of authors that I 1-click without question. She manages to deliver just the right balance of angst, laughs, feels, and scalding-hot sexy times. Angels sing when one of her new releases pop up on my Kindle. Not even kidding. So, not surprisingly, Only Love was a huge hit with me. ​

There’s nothing that didn’t work for me in this one. You’ve got a reserved-but-relatable therapist heroine (Stella) and a tortured, brooding ex-military hero (Ryan) who is practically a recluse. (y’all know I LOVE a sexy recluse hero) He’s troubled, but he’s not in any way a jerk or an alphahole. He helps the heroine’s grandma with her household chores, for God’s sake. He’s practically perfect in every way!​

It was also nice to follow-up with Stella’s sisters, Maren and Emme, both of whom have books in this series. (Only Him and Only You, respectively) But if you haven’t read Maren and Emme’s books, don’t worry about it. Only Love stands alone nicely. (Although why wouldn’t you want to read Maren and Emme’s books?? They’re delightful!

​And at the risk of sounding totally superficial...how pretty are these covers, huh? Melanie Harlow could cover her books in brown paper sacks and I’d still buy them, but these covers pretty much sell themselves. #Winning...And not in a Charlie Sheen weird way. 

So, long story short, this was a beautiful, engaging, sexy, fun read that I can’t recommend highly enough. Don’t you want to hear the choir of angels singing to you when you open your Kindle? Then go 1-click this one! Happy reading.
