Love it or hate it, pregnancy romance remains one of the most popular tropes in the genre. And while my own pregnancy was nothing anyone would want to write a book about, I certainly have enjoyed reading the crap out of this trope. Here are some of our all-time favorite pregnancy romance reads. Enjoy!

Baby, Oh Baby. An oldie but goodie. It doesn’t quite fit this thread but bear with me. She lives alone on a struggling farm in Oklahoma. She had one short marriage and assumed she would be single the rest of her life. She uses a fertility clinic and becomes pregnant. The story starts with a lawyer, deep in grief over the loss of his wife, who received a letter from the same clinic and he finds he has a child he knows nothing about. When he finds his baby girl who’s about 18 months old he falls in love with her. He tries very hard not to love the mother because he is still so brokenhearted over the death of his wife. This is a slow steady falling in love story that I enjoy every time I read it
