Connie Brockway has some great books that I've reread and loved each time. My Dearest Enemy, As You Desire, and All Through the Night are all standouts.

Wild Summer Rose by Amy Elizabeth Saunders is an oldie, but one of my favourite historicals.
Victoria is sassy, strong and funny.
Phillipe St Sebastian is what you expect with surprising hidden depth.
There's some twists and turns, and I love it to bits.
