The BEST romances of 2019 (so far)

First of all, I’m going to address the Goodreads list of “best” romances of 2019. Frankly, it’s a crock of crap. Are there some great books on there? Sure. Are they all actually romance novels? Nope. Are indie authors woefully unrepresented? Yep. And I guess we’re just supposed to assume there were no good historicals released in all of 2019? Sorry, no. Not buying it. Given the number of traditionally published, highly hyped, super expensive books on that list, I’m betting their list was largely publisher bought-and-paid-for. (Just my opinion. I have no proof of that. But it’s my opinion and I’m entitled to it. So there.) 

That said, we’ve put together THIS list of our favorite 2019 romances, and the favorites of our readers. (Actual readers, which I’m not sure if there were any of THOSE consulted for the Goodreads list. Just sayin’). Happy reading, y’all!
