The Bluewater Billionaires is a series of connected standalone romantic comedies about a group of close friends who just happen to be self-made billionaires. Here’s why I think all romance readers should be reading this series. (And authors, take note! We want MORE OF THESE THINGS) FEMALE BILLIONAIRES
Sorry to shout at you in all caps like that, but the billionaires in this series aren’t broody men. These aren’t a bunch of socialite heiresses, either. These are women who have worked for their money, and they’re all smart, savvy business women. I can’t even tell you how much I love that. I’ve said before how SICK I am of all the white, male billionaires in romance novels today, and this series gives the whole billionaire trope a much-needed nut-punch. Passes the Bechdel test
The women in these books actually have in-depth discussions about matters OTHER than men. It’s kind of shameful how many romance novels don’t pass the Bechdel test as well and as easily as this series does. Laugh-out-loudIn each book, there are truly laugh-out-loud moments. Like, you-might-pee-your-pants-a-little levels of hilarity. Who doesn’t need a few more laughs in their life? New favorite authorsThe series is the brain-child of a few different authors: Lucy Score, Pippa Grant, Kathryn Nolan, and Claire Kingsley. Each book being from a different author gives readers the opportunity to connect with an author they otherwise might not have found. And just so you know, each of these authors has a decent-sized backlist, so the binge-reading potential is HUGE if you particularly enjoy one of these books in the series. Reading order not important
These books can be enjoyed in any order, which I love. I hate going through lists of books on Amazon trying to determine the necessary reading order. This series solves that problem for readers. Just pick up whichever one sounds good to you and start from there. One of my favorite heroes EVER
I’ve enjoyed each book in the series tremendously, but my favorite so far has been The Mogul and the Muscle by Claire Kingsley. Jude, the hero in that book, is eleven different kinds of yummy, and he’s one of my favorite characters EVER. You can check out my gushy, glowy review of Jude, er, the book, I mean, right here. So, if you’re looking for a series that’ll make you laugh until you pee and fall in love with a group of awesome self-made female billionaires...what are you waiting for? Start 1-clicking!

I loved all of the characters in these books but Beck was my favorite of the heroes *all the heart eye emojis*
